THE 24 STOREY COCOA HOUSE IBADAN WAS BUILT BY THE WESTERN NIGERIAN GOVT

It was commissioned in 1965 by the Premier of Western Nigeria Chief Ladoke Akintola the 13th Aare ona kakando of Yorubaland.

The project was built with Cocoa money when Nigeria was operating true federalism and each region controlling their own resources.

Western Nigeria then was a pace setter in Africa continent. Another big skycrapper house was erected in Marina Lagos (Western House).

Built without corruption.

If we don't kill corruption, corruption will kill Nigeria.
