NDI IGBO WILL BE ONLOOKERS IN THE NIGERIAN POLITICAL SPACE AS THEY HAVE REFUSED TO BE CONNECTED TO THE CENTER JOE IGBOKWE

Reacting to the rejection of Andy Uba, the candidate of the APC in the inconclusive Anambra gubernatorial election, Igbokwe in a post on Facebook lamented the poor performance of the APC in the election.

According to him: "I had thought that Igbo will move beyond ethnic politics and work to connect to the center to meet other Nigerians, but ife ji Ndi igbo jisi ha ike. We will continue to be onlookers."

"Politics is a game of numbers Igbo cannot continue to play politics of isolation in the 21st century and expect that a miracle will happen. It is time to build bridges and not burn bridges."
