NIGERIAN HEAVYWEIGHT BOXER, EFE AJAGBA, SUFFERS FIRST PROFESSIONAL DEFEAT

Nigerian heavyweight boxer, Efe Ajagba, has recorded the first professional defeat of his career, after losing to Cuban heavyweight Frank Sanchez on Sunday morning, October 10.

Ajagba, who survived the whole duration of the fight to the 10th round, lost via a unanimous decision. The judges scored the boat 97-92, 98-91, 98-91.

The fight was an undercard event ahead of the heavyweight lille trilogy showdown between Deontay Wilder and Tyson Fury.
