According to Gov. Wike, Rivers State generated N15bn in June, but got N4.7 while Kano generated N2Bbn, but Kano got same N2Bbn.

You can't destroy beer in your state in the name of sharia yet share from VAT on beer from other states. It is hypocrisy.
