OUTRAGE AS CROSS RIVER LG CHAIRMAN EMPOWERS CONSTITUENTS WITH ONE TUBER OF YAM, HOE AND CUTLASS

There has been several lash-out as the Chairman of Obanliku Local Government Area of Cross River State, Hon. Evangelist Margaret Inde is seen handing out a tuber of yam, hoe and cutlass to empower pilot farmers.

The post on Facebook had garnered several tongue lash as the local government express their disappointment in the government for having men pose in front of the camera while being handed the flimsy items.

It was gathered that this empowerment program was organized to mark the 30th anniversary of the creation of the Obanliku LGA, also to celebrate the Yam Festival.
