SUNDAY IGBOHO TO REMAIN IN DETENTION PENDING FURTHER INVESTIGATION

The Benin Court of Appeal has ordered that Sunday Igboho remain in jail pending the Finalisation of his appeal on charges.

The order was made following a motion filed by the state prosecutor to stop any attempt from Igboho, who is currently out on bond, to leave the country or tamper with witnesses.

This court decision means Igboho will have to wait until their investigation is concluded.

This recent development comes just weeks after news reports emerged about him travelling abroad.
