RIHANNA'S BEVERLY HILLS MANSION FOR $80K A MONTH FOR LEASE (RENT)

The singer purchased the home for $13.75million earlier this year.

Rihanna's giving folks a once in a lifetime opportunity, because you can live in her posh mansion in Beverly Hills if you've got a carload of cash.

Although Rihanna is best known for her successful music career and her more recent business ventures in the beauty and lingerie industries. She is also conquering the world of real estate as of late. And now, you, too, can live like RiRi, as her Beverly Hills mansion is available to rent, for $80,000 a month.

The singer and Fenty Beauty founder, sprawling pad boasts five bedrooms, five full baths, and two half baths, across 5,909 square feet. Some amenities of the home include a four-car garage, a backyard courtyard with a fire pit, and a kitchen that boasts two refrigerators and two islands.

The master bedroom features sweeping views of Coldwater Canyon, plus a walk-in closet, marble bath and a private terrace.

The singer-turned-businesswoman purchased the home in March of this year, for $13.75 million-the same month that she purchased the Tudor-style abode next door, for $10 million. Both homes are part of the Beverly Hills Post Office area, which is not too far from the mansion that Tyler Perry lent to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle last year. Paul McCartney, Madonna, and Mariah Carey have also lived in this neighborhood, so it's certainly a celebrity-approved place to live!

And although this is not Rihanna's first time renting out one of her homes, it is the most expensive rental she's ever offered. In 2018, her West Hollywood home was available to rent for $16,5000 a month, and in 2019, she listed her Hidden Hills dwelling for $35,000 a month, according to the New York Post.

Rihanna recently scooped up the mansion for $138 million, adding to her accumulating LA real estate portfolio.
