Bournemouth prepare for major summer changes with Iraola and Senesi set to depart. Marco Rose leads managerial shortlist as club eyes stability.
Bournemouth plan for post-Iraola and Senesi era as successors lined up...
Both Andoni Iraola and Marcos Senesi are set to exit Bournemouth this summer, yet the club remain adamant about staying competitive in the Premier League and maintaining the squad's quality.
Defender Senesi is also expected to move on, with his contract running down as he looks for a new challenge elsewhere — and Tottenham are a leading option at this stage.
Their impending exits mark a major moment for the south-coast club, with both having been central to Bournemouth’s progress in recent seasons.

Senesi’s departure will also see him follow other centre-backs out of the club over the past year, including Dean Huijsen, who joined Real Madrid, and Illia Zabarnyi, who moved to Paris Saint-Germain.
However, the club’s hierarchy have already started planning for the future, acting quickly to ensure stability and continuity ahead of next season.
Marco Rose has emerged as the leading candidate to replace Iraola. The German coach has impressed president of football operations Tiago Pinto with his tactical vision and philosophy.
His work at Borussia Dortmund and RB Leipzig, where he was known for progressive, attacking football, has strengthened his case.
Bournemouth are also becoming active in the transfer market as they look to reinforce key areas of the squad. One player under consideration is Bologna centre-back Jhon Lucumi.
The 27-year-old defender has been monitored over the past year and remains a player of interest as the club assess reinforcements.
Bournemouth are determined to act decisively in both their managerial search and recruitment strategy, aiming to minimise disruption and build on the foundations laid in recent seasons.
