PSV are reportedly close to selling 20-year-old left-back Matteo Dams to Saudi Pro League side Al Ahli for a transfer fee between 8-10 million euros.
Eredivisie champions PSV are reportedly on the verge of selling Belgian left-back Matteo Dams to a Saudi Arabian club. According to reports by Fabrizio Romano and Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf, Al Ahli, a Saudi Pro League side, have made a substantial offer for the 20-year-old player.
The transfer fee for Dams is reportedly between 8 and 10 million euros, a significant amount for the young Belgian. Interestingly, PSV and Dams had previously agreed on a contract extension, as Dams' current deal was set to expire. However, the lucrative offer from Al Ahli has apparently changed the situation.

Matteo Dams has been a promising talent for PSV, making his senior debut in August 2024. Since then, he has accumulated 24 appearances and 19 starts for the Dutch champions, demonstrating his potential and value to the team. The reported transfer would mark a significant departure for PSV, but the substantial transfer fee would likely be a welcome addition to the club's finances.
