UGM Kidnaps Popular Monarch In Bauchi

The traditional head of Riruwai village in Lame District, Toro LGA, Bauchi State, Alhaji Garba Badamasi, has passed away.

It is said that on Friday, March 15, 2024, mysterious gunmen attacked his palace, kidnapping and killing him.

The gunmen reportedly did not get in touch with any of the late Badamasi's relatives to demand money after kidnapping him.

It was also reported that Badamasi was held captive for a day before his body was discovered.

The villagers stated to have found his corpse, which had been disposed of near the settlement, while they were out in the bush looking for him.
