The Rivers State political crisis deepened further as more appointees loyal to ex-governor Nyesom resign
Governor Sim Fubara and FCT Minister Nyesom's political dispute in Rivers State is getting worse as Wike's loyalist leaves Fubara's cabinet
1. Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Prof. Zacchaeus Adangor (SAN).
2. Commissioner for Works, Dr Des George-Kelly
3. Commissioner for Special Duties, Emeka Woke.
4. Commissioner for Social Welfare and Rehabilitation, Mrs Inime Aguma.
5. Commissioner for Finance, Isaac Kamalu.
6. Commissioner for Education, Prof. Chinedu Mmom.
7. Commissioner for Housing. Dr. Gift Worlu
8. Chief Dr. Jacobson Nbina JP, resigns his appointment as the Commissioner for Transport Rivers State.
There were reportedly five other commissioners who tendered their resignations as well.
The majority of the commissioners held similar positions during Wike's presidency, and Woke led Wike's staff for eight years.
