Sam Larry and Naira Marley, two prominent players in the music industry, have been granted bail. In exchange, they must each give three sureties a considerable amount of money, 20 million naira.
We learned that the court ordered them to turn in their foreign passports and present every week at the State Criminal Investigation Department (CID) as part of their bail requirements.
The magistrate in charge of the case issued a special caution, stating unequivocally that any attempt to get in touch with her would be noted and might even be revealed during public court sessions.
The two were taken into custody upon their return to Nigeria after being connected to Mohbad's death
Social media recordings surfaced of Larry physically abusing the late Mobad, while other videos showed youths allegedly acting at Marley's command as they attacked the late musician.
Recall that Mohbad passed away on September 12, 2023, in a contentious manner, and was buried at Ikorodu the next day.
