President Donald Trump Has Been Found Guilty Of Sexually Assaulting E. Jean Carroll
Describing a sexual abuse finding to the jury; the judge cited two components in it. Trump forced Carroll into sexual intercourse against her will and for sexual enjoyment, according to the allegations.
Less than three hours were spent deliberating by the jurors. Despite not concluding that Trump had sexually assaulted Carroll, it did find him accountable.
Carroll said in court that she met Trump one evening in spring 1996 as she was leaving the Bergdorf Goodman department store.
"I wasn't planning to wear it. You put, I said.
It's your color, put it on," she remarked. Carroll claimed Trump motioned toward the dressing room and recommended they both try it on. She claimed that everything seemed to be a joke. The atmosphere quickly shifted.
He pushed me up against the wall as soon as he shut the door. He pushed me so forcefully that my skull banged. I was completely perplexed," she admitted. Carroll remarked that the scenario "turned absolutely dark."

She alleged, "He leaned down and pulled down my tights." I was shoving him away. I made it abundantly apparent that I didn't want anything else to occur.
She claimed Trump violated her while speaking softly and quietly.
Carroll claimed that she would always regret stepping into Trump's dressing room. She sobbed as she said that the rape signaled the end of her sex life because she could no longer even smile at a man she was attracted to.
