ASHLEIGH PLUMPTRE LISTS HER TOP THREE NIGERIAN DISHES
Ashleigh Plumptre, a defender for the Super Falcons and Leicester City, has shared her favorite Nigerian dishes.
The former England youth star admitted that her favorite Nigerian dish is moin-moin (steamed bean pudding).
Recently, she had a conversation with Kelly Somers of Optus Sports.
She said, "Whenever I'm asked of a favourite Nigerian food, this is it [moin-moin]. And everytime I have had it so much that it's not at home, it always looks different. But it always tastes very good."
Plumptre recently disclosed that she selected to represent Nigeria over England in order to learn more about her ancestry.
In February 2022, she made her professional debut for the Nigerian Super Falcons.
