GUNMEN ALLEGEDLY ATTACK PASTOR'S HOUSE IN ADAMAWA

Gunmen allegedly attack pastor's house, kill his two sons and abduct his 13-yr-old daughter in Adamawa

Friends and family members of Rev. Daniel Umaru have been thrown into mourning after gunmen attacked the residence of pastor, Rev. Daniel Umaru, and killed his two sons and abducted his 15-year-old daughter in Mubi, Adamawa State.

Details of the incident are still sketchy at the time of filing this report but it was is reported that the gunmen stormed the cleric's house on Tuesday night, July 5, and shot him in the leg.

According to a source, Rev. Umaru, who is the Pastor in charge of EYN Church (Ikilisiya Yan'uwa a Nijeria-Church of Brethren in Nigeria) Nja Njairi, Mubi, is currently fighting for his life in a hospital while his wife is currently in coma due to shock.

One Evangelist Lawi Baturendole Yusuf, confirmed the incident via Facebook on Tuesday, July 6.
