LAGOS TASKFORCE SEIZES OVER 130 MOTORCYCLES IN LEKKI AXIS, VOWS TO CONTINUE OPERATION TOMORROW

The action followed the lynching of a sound producer, David, who tried to separate a scuffle (over N100 change) between an okada (motorcycle) rider and his passengers.

The mass motorcycle seizure has, however, not been officially linked to the David's lynching.

Lagos generally prohibits commercial motorcycles from operating in some areas.
