ILLEGAL CRUDE OIL REFINING SITES DISCOVERED IN RIVERS STATE

Following the ultimatum given by the Rivers State Governor Nyesom to the Local Government chairmen across the 23 Local government of the State, to fish out oil bunkers, quite a number of legal crude of refining sites were discovered across the State both on the river the areas and upland places
