HAPPY INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY

I am a phenomenal woman, I am the content I know best, I am apt, accountable, reliable, loyal, a reckoning force, unique and unbreakable. 

I love being a woman and won't swap it for a second, I celebrate being one everyday. 

There is no life without women, women shape the world. The power that women hold within themselves has been an undeniably present force all throughout my life -  From childhood with my strongest sisters to my closest female friendships, I've had the great gift of being surrounded by loving, inspiring women whose backbones are strong, fierce and compassionate. 

It is time we all start believing in how amazing we are. We are not the weaker sex, we are the softer sex. Being a woman means being free to be whoever you want to be, with thoughtfulness, grounded, grace and compassion -  Living for what you're passionate about and lifting other women up. Fall in love with yourself every day and realize your worth - You're everything you want. Never let anyone tell you that you are not. Being a woman is about multitasking while striking a balance. We are kind but not weak; strong but gentle; intelligent but humble; passionate but rational. I love that we can dress up, look pretty and at the same time be as bossy and capable as men.

I love both the innate strength, beauty, sensitivity we have as women and superhuman ability to juggle multiple roles that are often associated with womanhood. I love the amount of compassion women innately have for those around them. However, as women, we often doubt our ability to really do it all and I would argue that women shouldn't push themselves to do so. Do what you can in the different seasons of your life and do it well. Most importantly, remember that you are enough.

A woman can not only succeed in anything she sets her mind to, but also accomplish that while juggling multiple roles, enduring physical demands of childbirth (the most awesome part is that we can grow human beings inside our bodies and bring them into the world), and being the glue that holds a family together, as well as the fact that we can create, nurture, and steward the next generation is an extraordinary privilege.

I congratulate all our women, who are hopes and inspirations of humanity with their love, efforts and sacrifices.
