Kvaratskhelia Leads 5 PSG Stars in Champions League Team of the Season

PSG winger Khvicha Kvaratskhelia picked up the Champions League Player of the Season award from UEFA on Sunday. The Georgia star led Paris to back-to-back European titles.
PSG defended their crown Saturday, beating Arsenal 1-1 on penalties after extra time.
Kvaratskhelia finished the campaign with 10 goals and 6 assists in the competition. He also won the penalty in the second half of the final that pulled PSG level.
Kvaratskhelia earned a spot in the Team of the Season alongside four of his PSG teammates - Ousmane Dembélé, Marquinhos, Nuno Mendes and Vitinha - after helping Paris Saint-Germain win back-to-back Champions League titles.
The 25-year-old Georgian winger also picked up the Breakthrough of the Season award. Real Madrid’s Arda Güler took home Goal of the Season for his flick-and-volley finish against Manchester City in the last 16, while Federico Valverde’s first-half hat-trick against Manchester City was named Goal of the Final.
