Brondby ended an 11-hour goal drought but still lost 2-1 to FC Nordsjaelland.
FC Nordsjaelland came from behind to win thanks to Ibrahim Adel's 88th-minute goal, beating Brondby in the Danish Superliga playoffs.
Sub Ibrahim Adel scored 2 minutes from time to give FC Nordsjaelland a 2-1 win over Brondby.
The loss extends Brondby's winless run to 10 games, dropping them to 6th. Nordsjaelland moves to 3rd with the win.
The home team dominated from the start, with Prince Junior giving Oliver Villadsen a tough time at Brondby's right back. Despite Villadsen's struggles, Nordsjaelland failed to capitalize on their chances.
The guests also had periods of possession, but in the final third of the pitch, it was clear that Brondby's strikers were not not exactly brimming with confidence.
Everything pointed to a goalless first half, but in injury time, Brondby finally got on the scoreboard.

On a counterattack, Nicolai Vallys squared the ball across goal for the onrushing Jacob Ambaek, who first-timed the ball calmly into the net from close range.
The home side intensified the pressure in the second half and were rewarded on the stroke of the hour-mark when Prince Junior, with a clever heel delivery, found Alexander Lind, who chipped the ball coolly over the advancing Brondby keeper Patrick Pentz.
The goal gave the home side momentum, and two minutes from the end, they stole all points when Ibrahim Adel finished off a creative move with a strong shot into the roof of the net.
