A tragic incident occurred off the coast of Egypt in the Red Sea, where a tourist boat named Sea Story sank, leaving 29 people missing. Fortunately, 16 individuals have been rescued, with some airlifted to safety by helicopter and receiving medical treatment.


The incident took place on Sunday, November 24, in the late hours, according to Governor Amr Hanafi of the Red Sea Governorate. The boat had departed from Porto Ghalib in Marsa Alam, Egypt, at 5:30 a.m. (0330 GMT) on Sunday, with plans to return to Hurghada Marina on Friday, November 29.
