Sean 'Diddy' Combs faces new allegations of sexual assault, harassment, and coercion in a lawsuit filed by Jane Doe, who claims she was repeatedly abused and manipulated by the music mogul and his associates.

Sean 'Diddy' Combs, the renowned music executive and entrepreneur, has been taken off suicide watch at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York. This update follows his arrest nearly two weeks prior on federal charges related to sex trafficking.

Combs has received visits from loved ones during his time in custody, providing vital emotional support. Those close to his legal team report that the 54-year-old Grammy-winning artist is displaying remarkable fortitude.

Rather than succumbing to the pressures of incarceration, Sean Combs is directing his attention toward developing a comprehensive defense strategy. With trial looming, his focus and resolve will be crucial in navigating the complex legal landscape ahead.

Diddy was placed on suicide watch in prison after he was arrested on September 16, by Homeland Security on suspicion of sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, and interstate transportation for prostitution.

Meanwhile, he was hit with new sexual assault allegations on Friday as a woman filed a lawsuit in New York, claiming she was repeatedly raped and drugged at the music mogul's home and became pregnant after one of the encounters.

This is the latest of several similar lawsuits by women against Diddy.

The new charge was filed against Diddy, his companies, and several associates and seeks undisclosed damages for physical injuries, severe emotional distress, humiliation, anxiety, and o harms.

A new lawsuit filed against Sean 'Diddy' Combs, his businesses, and associates seeks unspecified damages for alleged physical harm, emotional trauma, humiliation, anxiety, and additional suffering.

The plaintiff, identified as Jane Doe, accuses Diddy of sexual assault while she was incapacitated due to drugs. Additionally, she alleges that Diddy and others recorded these incidents without her consent.

Doe claims to have met Diddy abroad in Fall 2020, leading to a prolonged period of alleged harassment and assault that continued until July this year.

“At every visit, Diddy would make her perform a show for him and would ply her with alcohol and substances until she passed out. She would wake up with bruising and injuries but with no recollection of how she sustained her injuries,” the lawsuit said.

She alleged that she was pressured and coerced into regularly visiting Diddy's residences in New York, Los Angeles, Miami, and other cities on a monthly basis throughout 2021 and 2022.

According to the lawsuit, during a July 2022 incident at Diddy's Los Angeles residence, Doe alleges she was forcibly given drugs, suspected to be ketamine, causing her to lose consciousness. Upon regaining awareness, she discovered she was pregnant and informed Diddy of the positive test result.

Jane Doe alleges that associates of Sean 'Diddy' Combs repeatedly pressured her to undergo an abortion after learning of her pregnancy, which ultimately resulted in a miscarriage.

In July, Doe claims Combs summoned her to his Miami residence, where she accuses him of forcibly administering two pills, leaving her disoriented and ill the next morning with no memory of the previous night's events and finding the bedroom in disarray.

Represented by attorneys Marie Napoli and Joseph Ciaccio, Doe further alleges that Combs and his associates surveilled her movements and monitored her communications.

Doe also claims Combs exerted control over her by providing a conditional allowance and discouraging her from pursuing employment, perpetuating a harmful dynamic.

“Powerful figures in the entertainment industry have long exploited aspiring artists and fans,” Napoli said in a statement.

Recent high-profile lawsuits seek to bring celebrities to account for their actions, potentially sparking industry-wide change and delivering long-overdue justice to victims.

“No one is above the law. Fame and wealth do not protect Sean 'Diddy Combs from serious allegations of sex trafficking and abuse.”
