Parallex Bank Ltd. has announced the launch of a new and improved mobile banking app called Parallex Mobile App 2.0.

According to Parallex Bank Ltd., it has released Mobile App 2.0, an advanced mobile banking application designed to give users a limitless banking experience in terms of functionality and convenience.

The updated version, according to a statement released on Friday by Dr. Olufemi Bakre, Managing Director of Parallex Bank, demonstrated the bank's unwavering commitment to offering a seamless and limitless banking experience.

According to Bakre, the Parallex Mobile App is a complete solution that lets users do a wide range of banking and lifestyle transactions from their smartphones or tablets, wherever they are at any time.

He stated that the app's intuitive features, which provide improved accessibility and efficiency in money management, had completely changed the banking industry.

Customers only need to download the Parallex Mobile App 2.0 from the bank's website, the iOS App Store, or the Google Play Store in order to take advantage of the app's features, according to the managing director.

“Upon installation, they can initiate the account opening process by clicking on 'sign up' within the app and following the prompts for seamless registration.

“Parallex App 2.0 introduces a multitude of features aimed at enriching the banking experience, including a hassle-free account opening process with the option to use referral codes, convenient management of debit cards.

“It includes requests for Verve and MasterCard with pick-up or delivery options, as well as PIN retrieval. Additionally, it offers a range of transaction options such as free daily NIP transfers, bill payments, and NQR payments,” he said.

The app also provides biometric login and authentication, transaction PIN resets and changes, and the option to toggle account balance visibility for further security, according to Bakre.
