Pep Guardiola, the manager of Manchester City, has stated that he fully anticipates Mikel Arteta's Arsenal team to continue winning all of their remaining games this season as they compete for the Premier League championship.

At the top of the Premier League standings, Manchester City has one game in hand over Arsenal and is one point ahead of them.

The Gunners had been in the lead in the title battle for the majority of the season, but they watched helplessly as their chance to win their first championship since 2004 vanished from sight.

With victories over Chelsea and Newcastle, they have had great success in their last two games, keeping the pressure on the Citizens.

In his pre-match press conference prior to their weekend meeting, Guardiola expressed his optimism that they will maintain their momentum over the remainder of the campaign, saying:"I think definitely they are going to win their three games.

"I would like them to drop points to be honest but I think they will get nine points."
