According To Reports, Davido Vacates His Villa On Banana Island And Lists It For Rent

According to reports, popular Nigerian afrobeats musician David Adeleke, well known by his stage name Davido, has left his multi-million naira villa on Banana Island and listed it for rent.

Kofoworola Adewumi, a real estate agent in Lagos State, revealed this on her Instagram page.

She wrote, "Searching for a luxurious 5 bedroom detached house in the serene and exclusive Banana Island area of Lagos? Look no further than this stunning property now available for rent.

"This impressive home boasts a range of top-of-the-line features, including gym, a sparkling swimming pool, a fully fitted kitchen with all the latest appliances and amenities and expansive living areas perfect for entertaining guests.

Many Davido's fans responded to the agent's post by flooding the comment section, accusing her of trying to gain influence by renting Davido's property.

Adewumi replied to the claims by writing: "You all need to stop making all these unsolicited comments under my post. Davido once lived in the property. Yes!

"However he has moved out and the property is now back in the market for rent. If you all were so concerned and intimate with Davido to the point of knowing his residence, you should also be aware that he has moved out."

It was learned that the artist was paying $150,000 a year to rent the home.

This occurs just seven months after the singer's son drowned in the Banana Island residence in October 2022.
