Jamie Foxx is still in the hospital in Georgia nearly a week after his daughter disclosed the actor had a "medical problem," according to source.

Corinne Foxx, his daughter, revealed on Instagram this week that her father had a health-related event on Tuesday, though she did not elaborate. She stated in her tweet that her father is "on his way to recovery" thanks to "rapid action and superb care."

Foxx was hospitalized and undergoing medical testing.

Foxx has been in Atlanta filming "Back in Action," a Netflix film starring Cameron Diaz. The source stated that the medical episode did not occur on set and that Foxx was not rushed to the hospital by emergency car.
