EPL: HARRY KANE'S ELIGIBILITY TO JOIN MANCHESTER UNITED HAS BEEN REVEALED

Danny Murphy, a former Liverpool player, has stated that Tottenham Hotspur star Harry Kane will join Manchester United this summer if Spurs fail to qualify for the Champions League.

Kane has spent his whole career at Tottenham, becoming the club's all-time leading scorer, but he has no trophy to show for his efforts.

Murphy believes the 29-year-old England captain will leave Spurs at the end of the season, once it becomes evident that Tottenham will not qualify for next season's Champions League.

"I got asked about Harry Kane's future a couple of weeks ago and at that point I thought he would stay at Tottenham. That's what I thought," Murphy told the FIVE YouTube channel.

"I don't think they will be in the Champions League anyway. I think that will be enough for Harry Kane. If Tottenham don't get the Champions League, I think he will go to Man United."

Tottenham is fifth in the Premier League with seven games left.
