Victor Osimhen, a Nigerian international, is expected to sign with Chelsea when the transfer window reopens in June, according to former England player Rio Ferdinand.

Harry Kane, the captain of England, is, in his opinion, Manchester United's best striker.

Erik ten Hag has three strikers on his wishlist for the summer transfer window: Osimhen, Kane, and Goncalo Ramos of Benfica. United is prioritizing the acquisition of a new striker.

Due to Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang's failure since signing from Barcelona in the summer of 2022, Chelsea is also in need of a new striker. Osimhen may be of interest to the Blues as well.

Kane is rumored to be Erik ten Hag's top target, and Ferdinand anticipates Osimhen will end up at Stamford Bridge this summer.

"I reckon Chelsea this summer will go for Osimhen," Ferdinand told Five. "Man United are going for Harry Kane. Harry Kane isn't going to Chelsea from Spurs, no chance."

Ferdinand further demanded from Kane to make the decision about his future clear.

"But you have to ask him the question, that is the question we need answering from him. Tell us man, 'I want to be a one club man, I want to have the statue outside, I'm Mr Spurs'. We will all say, well played, that's fine," he added.
