ADEMOLA ADELEKE IS CONFIRMED AS GOVERNOR OF OSUN BY THE APPEALS COURT

Ademola Adeleke is now the governor of Osun state again thanks to the Abuja court of appeal.

A three-member panel of justices ruled in Adeleke's appeal on Friday, concluding that the election tribunal erred in finding that Gboyega Oyetola and the All Progressives Congress had established their claim of excessive voting.

Adeleke is the duly elected governor of the state, according to the panel of judges who delivered their decision on Friday.

Oyetola was able to demonstrate that there was excessive voting in some of the polling places, according to the ruling made by the Osun Governorship Election Tribunal in January.
