EX-RIVERS STATE ACCOUNTANT-GENERAL WANTED FOR N435 BILLION FRAUD, WINS THE GOV. TICKET AT THE PDP PRIMARIES IN RIVERS STATE

The immediate past Rivers Accountant-General, Siminialayi Fubara, has emerged the governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for the 2023 General Election.

Siminayi Fubara (SIM), the immediate past Accountant General of Rivers State, who was reportedly declared wanted by the EFCC alongside three others for looting N117 Billion, emerges PDP Governorship candidate of Rivers State.

Siminayi, and the others are wanted for suspected N117 billion fraud, alleged criminal conspiracy, money laundering, misappropriation of public funds, and abuse of office. The EFCC stated in a statement.
