Everton Prepare to Fight Off Offers and Chase Grealish

Iliman Ndiaye
Everton face Ndiaye battle

Deadline Day Drama: David Moyes plans for both scenarios as Everton wait on Ndiaye offers and Grealish deal.

£100m Ndiaye valuation. Everton Brace for bids as Grealish transfer remains on radar...

Everton are bracing themselves for a scramble to hold onto Iliman Ndiaye, with a number of Premier League clubs tracking the forward as the transfer window nears its close.

Club sources say at least three top-flight teams have been keeping tabs on Ndiaye over the past few weeks, and Everton now expect a formal bid for him could land imminently.

Everton have zero intention of letting Ndiaye go and want him central to their plans this season. To ward off interest, they’ve slapped a £100m valuation on the forward.

Still, with the threat of a last-minute bid looming, the club are quietly lining up alternative attacking targets as deadline day approaches.

A move for Jack Grealish is still on the table for Everton.

The Toffees believe there’s a real chance to sign Grealish outright, with the Manchester City winger’s future at the Etihad looking increasingly unclear.

Grealish spent last season on loan at Goodison Park and now looks surplus to requirements at City. With Enzo Maresca taking over and planning a major squad overhaul, the winger could be among several big names heading for the exit.

Everton feel that situation might let them land Grealish for a fee well below his market value.

The case for moving on Grealish would only get stronger if a big bid for Ndiaye comes in. Keeping Ndiaye is still Everton’s top priority, but selling him would leave David Moyes short in attack and push the club to accelerate their search for replacements.

For now, Everton are keeping their options open as the window enters its final stretch.

The next few days could be crucial, with the club facing a fight to hold onto Ndiaye while also weighing up a chance to land a marquee name on Merseyside.
