However, Poland mounted a strong comeback, narrowing the gap to 34-33 before Bosnia steadied themselves and took a 44-40 lead into halftime. The second half saw Bosnia extend their lead to 55-47, but Poland responded with a decisive 10-1 run, taking the lead 57-56 and eventually closing out the game with an 80-72 victory.

Poland staged a remarkable comeback, overcoming a nine-point deficit to take a one-point lead, thanks to strong performances from Jordan Loyd and Mateusz Ponitka in the next two quarters. Their efforts paid off, turning the score around in their favor.
