According to Senator Ned, “It's obvious that security agencies cannot protect the lives of Nigerians, the Police Force is grossly inadequate and under-equipped to tackle the menace of insecurity in Nigeria. We have spent billions of dollars on the military with no clear sight of ending insecurity. Nigerians must be allowed the right to carry firearms to defend themselves. Every local government will have a gun school to train civilians on how to use firearms for self-defence.”
