After losing to Liverpool 7-0, Piers Morgan criticizes Man United for focusing on Ronaldo
After winning the Carabao Cup over Liverpool last weekend, Man United lost to them this week.
Following their disastrous 7-0 Premier League loss to Liverpool on Sunday, British broadcaster Piers Morgan has continued his jabs at Manchester United over Cristiano Ronaldo's departure.
After the game, Morgan attacked Ten Hag and Man United in a string of messages sent from his Twitter account.
After the Martinez family won the Carabao Cup final at Wembley, Morgan first posted a picture of Ten Hag dancing with Antony and Lisandro Martinez. Morgan wrote: "Don't think we'll be seeing any dancing tonight."
The TalkTV host continued by referencing a recent Sportsmail article about Ten Hag's statement that he isn't worried about Ronaldo's departure, saying: "Good luck with your sleep tonight, genius."
He also published a photo of Ten Hag with the caption: "Has Ten Hag resigned yet? How can any Manchester United manager survive a performance & result that is catastrophically dreadful?"
